King Of Fried Rice To Open New Outlet In Jurong East On 15 May

King Of Fried Rice Jurong East

Hot on the heels of their Yishun outlet opening, King Of Fried Rice is back again with a new Jurong East outlet. Located in the Happy Hawker Coffeeshop, which is located near Jurong East MRT Station, the stall will officially open on 15 May.

Currently, King of Fried Rice has a lengthy list of outlets in Singapore, located in Golden Mile Tower, Chinatown, Bedok, Yishun, Sengkang, Tampines, and now Jurong East.

For those unfamiliar with the brand, King Of Fried Rice sells Din Tai Fung-style fried rice at a fraction of the price. Their signature Egg Fried Rice ($6.50) comes with your choice of pork cutlet or shrimp, and a serious dose of wok hei.

Apart from their original flavour, they also have Mala Fried Rice ($7), XO Fried Rice ($7), and Tom Yum Fried Rice ($7). You can choose to spruce up your plateful with a scoop of tobiko roe, priced at $1.

If you think King Of Fried Rice Jurong East is the last of it, hold that thought. They will soon be opening a new store in ION Orchard’s new Hawker Street, a food street that will be the new home for some of Singapore’s most notable hawkers, including Jian Bo Shui Kueh, Nam Sing Hokkien Mee, and Beach Road Scissors Cut Curry Rice.

Also, there is our Madlygood review, where we try waffles and ice cream by a cafe in JCube. Finally, there is our Chicken Box review, where we try old school Western fare from this hawker stall, that also serves XXL fried spring chicken, as well as chicken cutlet with 24K gold.
