CBD girlies, take note: KOKO Cafe & Patisserie is the latest addition to Tanjong Pagar, offering Japanese-inspired cakes and desserts alongside a creative lineup of lattes!

There’s a wide range of doughnuts to choose from, well-priced from $4+ per piece. Piped fresh to order, popular flavours include Lemon Glazed ($4+), Matcha ($5+), and Pistachio ($5+). KOKO’s doughnuts are kneaded by hand and made with pumpkin-infused dough, which creates a light, fluffy, and slightly chewy texture.

Those who love cream puffs can try their Choux Puff: Original ($4+), Chocolate ($5+), and Matcha ($5+).

If you prefer savoury fare, order their Curry Doughnut ($5+), featuring their signature doughnut that’s breaded and deep-fried, filled with Japanese curry chicken in the middle.

Orh nee fans should check out their Yam Mont Blanc ($7+), where a sweet meringue base is filled with mixed berry puree and whipped cream, then topped with generous swirls of taro paste.

Otherwise, the cafe has other Japanese-style bakes worth trying, including the Strawberry Shortcake ($10+) and Okinawan Rum Chocolate Sand ($8+): rum-infused dark chocolate ganache and hazelnut praline are encased within a salty, buttery biscuit.

For drinks, you can look forward to a selection of aesthetic-looking concoctions, including the Rose Matcha ($8.50+), comprising earthy matcha topped with a layer of rose-infused cream. Alternatively, those who want more caffeine can consider the Blue Pea Caramel Latte ($7+) instead.
