FYI: Kopitiam has opened at West Mall! The new food court takes a nod from Little Guilin, with its striking rock wall inspired by the iconic granite quarry at Bukit Batok Town Park.
This new Kopitiam concept spans a spacious 458 seats, offering a variety of food and drinks across 19 stalls. Diners can look forward to Malaysian specialties, including Sarawak kolo mee, Indonesian favorites such as ayam penyet and nasi padang, as well as Sichuan-style mala, Thai, Korean, Japanese, and Western dishes, all under one roof.
If you love Thai food as much as we do, make a beeline for Telur Thai, a halal-certified stall serving pad thai, green curry, Thai-style egg floss and more.
Noodle fans can check out Tracy’s Sarawak Kolo Mee, which offers kolo mee, Sarawak laksa, and Hakka braised pork.
For hearty grilled meats and ayam penyet, visit Sunbo Express Penyet +BBQ. Here you’ll find affordable halal eats from just $3.20, for a bowl of Mee Soto Ayam. Their Ayam Penyet Set (fried chicken) and Ayam Bakar Set (grilled chicken) are also well-priced at $7.
Other noteworthy stalls include Pepper Lunch Express, Jubilee’s Hainanese Chicken Rice, and Warisan Nasi Padang.
Interestingly, Kopitiam West Mall integrates modern technology to enhance the dining experience. Similar to the food court at Mapletree Business City, you’ll spot “Kimberly,” an AI-powered concierge, right at the entrance.
The concierge provides multilingual support, assisting diners with dish recommendations and real-time information about seating availability.
Kopitiam West Mall is located right beside Bukit Batok MRT Station.
