If your family is the sort that goes for a buffet to celebrate Chinese New Year, check out Sky22. They’ve got lunch and dinner options for their Lunar New Year Buffet, and what makes them stand out is their Laksa Lohei.

It consists of the usual veggies but replaces sashimi with poached prawns. The highlight is definitely the laksa dressing that’s made of laksa leaves, fish sauce, chilli, dried baby shrimps and more.

Their lunch buffet ($38++ for adults, $19++ for children aged six to 12) includes a wide range of salads, soups, cold cuts, desserts, and mains served on a rotational basis. Some mains to look out for are Red Wine Braised Beef Cheeks, Crispy Pork Belly, and Roasted Duck with Hoisin Sauce. The dinner buffet ($48++ for adults, $24++ for children aged six to 12) is the same, but with an additional seafood-on-ice section, which comprises poached prawns, mussels, crayfish, and clams.

The buffet includes a complimentary Prosperity Lohei Platter, and you’ll have to add $8++ (for three to four people) or $18++ (for eight to 10 people) for the Laksa Lohei.
