Take a trip down memory lane with their signature Pork Chop Hainanese Curry Rice Set ($6.80). An old-school classic, this dish stars generous slices of fried pork cutlet with curry, a fried egg drizzled with dark soya sauce, and a serving of cabbage on rice. Their curry is made with their house-made rempah, which is said to lean spicy.

If you’d prefer other proteins, you can opt for the Curry Chicken Set ($6.88), Pork Belly Set ($6.80) or Assam Fish Set ($8.80).

Maddie’s Kitchen is also famous for their seafood white bee hoon. Their signature Prawns And Lala White Bee Hoon ($8.80/$17.80) comprises prawns, clams, and greens in an umami-rich broth. For a more premium fix, go for the Crayfish and Lala White Bee Hoon ($13.80/$27.80), which features two large juicy crayfish instead of prawns.

Another favourite among regular customers is the Beef Tenderloin Hor Fun with Bittergourd and Salted Black Beans ($13.80/$27.80). This dish is said to be full of wok hei, and features a generous serving of beef tenderloin slices, stir fried with bitter gourd in a black bean gravy, served atop silky hor fun.

If the beef tenderloin hor fun is too heavy-tasting, or you are opposed to bitter gourd, their Seafood Hor Fun ($10.80/$21.80) is meant to be lighter on the palate, but with no less wok hei.

If you’re a fan of oyster omelette AKA orh luak, Maddie’s Kitchen is also well known for this dish too. Their Oyster Omelette ($11.80/$17.80/$23.80) is well-liked for its balance of crispy, not-too-starchy eggs, and plump oysters. If you’d like extra oysters in your omelette, you can top up an additional $5 for more.
