If you prefer dry to soup noodles, there’s the Malacca Hu Kiao Noodle ($4.50), starring a generous amount of pork slices and fish cake. To cut through the greasiness of the Pork Lard Noodles, get a bowl of the Pork Meat Ball Soup ($3) that’s said to be light on the palate.

You can also find the classic, flavour-packed Fishball Noodle ($3.80) here that comes with pork lard, fish cake, and fried beancurd slices!

The stall is just a seven-minute stroll from Bishan MRT Station. If you can’t bear to walk in the heat, rest assured that Malacca Old Taste is nestled between towering HDB flats, providing plenty of shade and a comfortable route to keep you cool.
