Durian season is back. And if you’re a fan of The King Of Fruit, you will want to get in on this Mao Shan Wang durian buffet happening at Majestic Durian at Bedok ASAP.

Priced at $38, this neighbourhood buffet is a real steal, considering 1kg of their Mao Shan Wang can set you back $16. The buffet happens everyday until durian season ends, with a 90-minute time limit, which should be more than enough time to eat your fill of durian.

Based on previous year’s turnout, the buffet is extremely popular, so you will definitely need to make reservations two days in advance, lest you reach there disappointed.

Food waste is bad, and the folks here believe in that too. So don’t order more than you consume, or you will be charged according to the a la carte price.

Make your money’s worth by bringing a kid below 12 years old or a senior citizen above 55 years old to the buffet. These special people get to eat all the durians they want for free. The only condition is there has to be one paying adult for every free buffet goer.

Aside from Mao Shan Wang, you can also enjoy D13 and D101 durians. For those who aren’t durian connoisseurs, D13 is sweet, although not very strong in pungency. It’s usually preferred by younger kids or those who are new to the durian lovin’ game. D101, on the other hand, has an orange hue, and is extremely creamy and not bitter at all.

Address: 84 Bedok North Street 4, #01-29, Singapore 460084
