Matchaya to give away free strawberry matcha latte on 11 October

It seems that the debate on the best side of Singapore has been settled. After a nationwide vote, PropertyGuru is crowning the East as the winner, and is teaming up with Matchaya to celebrate the result by giving away free Strawberry Matcha Latte at Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ)!

The giveaway is set to happen on 11 October 2025, and will run from 10:30am to 4:30pm on the first floor of Paya Lebar Quarter.

Be sure to head down early, as the promotion is limited to the first 1,000 redemptions.

Each drink is made on the spot, blending earthy matcha powder with fresh milk and a house-made strawberry compote, before being topped with sweet goji berries.

Paya Lebar Quarter is located in the heart of Paya Lebar, a quick one-minute walk from Paya Lebar MRT Station.
