The Michelin Guide Singapore 2024, which recognises the eateries and restaurants in Singapore that serve up some of the best fare in the country, has just been announced. We’ve covered the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand 2024 earlier this month, and the full list of one, two, and three Michelin-starred restaurants is now available.
Michelin inspectors globally critique the eateries according to five standard criteria: the use of high-quality ingredients, mastery of cooking techniques, the personality of the chef conveyed through dishes, value for money, as well as consistency over time and across the menu.
There are 42 one-star awardees for this year’s edition, including four new entrants. These establishments are considered “very good in their category”, with consistently high standards:
This year, there’s only one hawker stall, Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle, on the list.
Here are the restaurants that have been awarded two stars. They are said to serve excellent cuisine in a unique way, with dishes that are “worth a detour”:
