We Visited SG’s First Mofusand-Themed Restaurant With Exclusive Collectibles And Menu

Sushi Tei and Mofusand have new limited collab and merch

The heartstoppingly adorable kitties of Mofusand are back with another collaboration, this time with Sushi Tei’s Raffles City outlet transformed into Singapore’s first Mofusand-themed restaurant! The new collab will be available from 5 November 2025, and fans can expect new merchandise launching every Wednesday at all 14 Sushi Tei outlets from 12 November 2025.

When you enter the store, you’ll be welcomed by the immensely popular Shark Meow. These shark-clad kitties come in various poses—some with pleading eyes, some clutching their beloved grey seal plushies.

The paw-some partnership also showcases Sushi Tei’s limited-time themed menu, featuring seasonal Japanese delicacies and comforting family dishes adorned with mini Mofusand flags.

Start with the limited-edition collaboration drinks, each arriving with its own exclusive Mofusand coaster that you can take home! The Kappa Breeze ($6.80++) is perfect for a hot day, as it comes with refreshing lime, cucumber, and white grape. For evening coolers, get the Watermelon Sunset ($6.80++) or the Raffles City-exclusive Emerald Sunrise ($6.80++)

Kinmedai—or golden-eye snapper—is freshly in season. Enjoy it in the form of the Kinmedai Sashimi ($18.80++), the Kinmedai Sushi ($8.80++), or the Kinmedai Moriawase ($26.80++), which includes salmon and swordfish sashimi.

The Mount Temari ($10.80++) is a miniature mountain of temari—ball-shaped sushi typically made during celebrations in Japan. It comes with salmon, tuna, prawn, and squid variants, and is topped with ikura and a special sauce. A cat-shaped, furikake-coated piece of sushi is also served alongside the temari.

Next up, the Neko Ebi Roll ($14.80++) is a satisfying maki roll with tempura prawn, crab meat, and yuzu mayo.

The Tochigi Wagyu Steak ($38.80++) features pan-fried, fatty A4 Tochigi Wagyu striploin and Sushi Tei’s special sauce. We enjoyed its buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

For a warm, comforting dish, try the Kaisen Yasai Nabe ($23.80++), where snow crab legs, scallops, seafood balls, and various hotpot staples are thrown into a hearty vegetable dashi stock.

If you’re visiting with the littles, the Cheesy Corn Tori Yaki ($11.80++) is ideal for kids. This dish comes with grilled chicken pieces smothered under a torched blanket of onions, corn, and melty mozzarella.

Now comes the section you were likely waiting for: merchandise previews! Every Wednesday, a new exclusive collectible will be released, with only 75 to 150 pieces allocated per outlet. The best part: they are free with a minimum spend per table, while stocks last.

It all starts with the Mofusand Acrylic Keychain, available only at Sushi Tei Raffles City from 5 November with a minimum spend of $60.
