MOS Burger Opens Bistro-Bar At One Fullerton, With Matcha Milkshakes And Snack Platters

MOS Burger at One Fullerton

MOS Burger at One Fullerton has recently opened, following hot on the heels of MOS Burger Express at Holland Village MRT Station. 

Both these new joints have one thing in common: instead of being just another new store, each of them has a concept. MOS Burger Express had a dine-and-go focus, with new salad cups and croissants, while the latest MOS Burger at One Fullerton is a bistro-bar-style eatery.

Styled like an old-school Peranakan shophouse, this new outlet will overlook the scenic Merlion Park. It will have an indoor dining area, complete with a bar, and al fresco seats.

More importantly, the menu has exclusive items that MOS Burger fans can look forward to. 

First up are the Signature Milkshakes, available in Coffee, Mango, Matcha, and Vanilla, available at $4.50 each. Competitively priced, these rival milkshakes found at other fast-food brands.

If you prefer to quench your thirst with something boozier, MOS Burger at One Fullerton will also be the first of its kind to serve beer. You can get pints of Tiger Beer to enjoy with your bites. From 9 February to 22 February, you can get a glass of beer for just $8, as part of the outlet’s opening promotion.

On the subject of bar bites, MOS Burger will be selling a platter of deep-fried snacks, known as their Signature Platter ($15.90). You get a mixed bag of mussel nuggets, buffalo wings, and onion rings with each serving.

There will also be limited edition offerings down the line for MOS Burger, available from 8 February onwards.

These are the Roasted Garlic Chicken Burger ($9.30), where a chicken patty is roasted in a lime garlic marinade and served with rocket vegetables.

For spice lovers, try the Fiery Wagyu Cheese Burger ($9.30), where a wagyu beef patty is marinated overnight in a herb rub, and served with a Mongolian spicy sauce, as well as Tabasco.
