L’ Éclair Pâtisserie was opened by two ladies who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, so you can come here with high expectations. Consider their L’expérience ($45 for two diners) high tea set to share with momma, which comes with chouquettes, scones, franciers, mini madeleines, eclairs and two beverages of your choice. Their eclairs all brim with a generous piping of cream. Be sure to get the dark chocolate eclair, where bittersweet chocolate cuts through the eclair’s luxe creaminess. Their Chouquettes are also delicious, with little specks of sugar that provide a delectable burst of sweetness on every bite.
