Get Cheap Mala Ramly Burgers, Pasta And More At This Bugis Eatery

Ramly burgers are always a hot-selling item at every pasar malam. Since these night markets are an occasional thing, here’s where you can get get them any day of the year: Mr. Burger in Bugis Village!

Run and owned by Malaysians, their Ramly burgers are said to closely resemble the ones served at night markets and street food carts. These burgers come in unique flavours too.

The China Mala Chicken Burger ($6.90) is a must-try for mala fans and spice lovers. It features a chicken patty coated in a spicy mala sauce, an omelette, and greens sandwiched between a fluffy bun.

Another interesting flavour is the Hawaiian Chicken Burger ($6.90), which features a deep-fried chicken patty blanketed in cheese, tomato sauce, and ham—it’s reminiscent of a Hawaiian pizza.

For those who prefer to stick to the classics, their signature chicken and beef Ramly Burgers ($5.90) are great picks as well. Each burger is densely packed with a meat patty that’s enveloped in an omelette, stacked on top of a bed of fresh cabbage, and then drenched in mayonnaise and chilli sauce. The meat patty is said to also be dusted with curry powder for an extra burst of flavour.

Alternatively, other delicious flavours include the Thai Style Chicken Burger ($6.90), American Style Beef Burger ($6.90), and Japanese Style Fish Burger ($6.90) for those who prefer fish to chicken and beef.

Mr. Burger’s pasta dishes are also worth a shot. Prices range from $5.90 to $8.90, with options such as Creamy Mushroom Pasta with Truffle Oil ($7.90), Seafood Marinara Pasta ($8.90), Carbonara Pasta ($8.90) and more.

To complete your meal, pair your Ramly burgers with some sides. These include Fries with Garlic Aioli Sauce ($3.50), Cheese Fries ($4.50), Chicken Wings ($3.90 for two pieces), Truffle Fries ($4.50) and more.
