Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao at Holland Village is perpetually crowded at night because of their Xiao Long Bao Steamboat Buffet. The steamboat selection is pretty impressive with four soup bases, seafood, mushrooms, meats, veggies and homemade la mian (hand-pulled noodles).
