Get Up To 50% Off At OMMA Korean Charcoal BBQ By Doing Their Limbo Challenge

OMMA Korean Charcoal BBQ at Bukit Timah has a limbo promo

OMMA Korean Charcoal BBQ is no stranger to attractive promos, previously launching a 1-for-1 deal to celebrate their Telok Ayer branch’s opening. Now, they are having a limbo promo where you can score up to 50% off your meal! This promo is only available at their Bukit Timah outlet, just a four-minute walk from Beauty World MRT Station.

There are five levels on the limbo poles. Levels two to five unlock 10%, 20%, 30%, and 50% off your dining bill.

Even if you’re not the most flexible, fret not. Level one grants you a free Steamed Egg which usually costs $13++. A good deal just for bending your back a little!

This challenge is open to diners aged 13 and above, with a height of at least 120cm. We were told that a diner who is around 160cm tall managed to clear level five, pictured above. Wrangle up your most flexible friends and get them to score a hefty discount for the group! It’s time to put their bendy spines to good use.

After working hard for your reward, treat yourself to OMMA Korean Charcoal BBQ’s array of premium meats. The Pork Belly ($25++ for 150g) and Beef Brisket ($31++ for 180g) are both sliced to perfect two-millimetre thinness, providing a juicy, almost melt-in-your-mouth texture.

If the carnivore in you prefers more substantial bites, their Prime Beef ($48++ for 180g) is the way to go. Grill it to your desired level of doneness. It’s super soft and tender, and pairs well with their assortment of flaky sea salt, sesame oil, and gochujang.

Another great sharing option is the Army Stew ($42++). In a comforting soup base comprising gochujang and kimchi, ingredients like luncheon meat, sausages, tofu, cabbage, and a mushroom medley simmer away. Feel free to cook your meats in the broth for some variety, although we far prefer grilling it for that delectable smoky char and caramelisation.

After all, OMMA Korean Charcoal BBQ is known for their specialty woodfire charcoal—including pecan, cherry, hickory, mesquite, and applewood—which is said to impart even more aroma and delicate flavour notes to the meats than conventional grills.

The OMMA Korean Charcoal BBQ limbo promo runs from now till 30 April 2024, so start warming up your back and practising those bends little by little. Who knows, you may be bending your way to a K-BBQ feast for half the price!
