Those hosting friends and family this Christmas can opt for the classic Noël Filled Christmas Bundle ($398). This takeaway set, which feeds eight to 10 diners, features a spread of seasonal must-haves, including your choice of a whole Roasted Tom Turkey or Honey-Glazed Gammon Ham

The turkey comes with a hearty pancetta and porcini stuffing, savoury gravy, and sweet cranberry compote to serve, while the ham is paired with caramelised pineapple and cinnamon apple sauce. Both weigh approximately 4.5 to 5kg and cost $188 each if you were to order them a la carte on Paradox Singapore’s website.

The Christmas set also includes two starters; there’s the Foie Gras & Duck Confit Terrine with bread crisp and tangy green apple marmalade, and a refreshing Curly Kale Salad with yuzu pomelo vinaigrette to cut through all the richness. If you’re not getting the bundle, you can order the former as an a la carte dish for $98 instead.

For sweets, you won’t go wrong with their Signature Açai Banana Chocolate Log Cake (500g), a crowd-pleaser of a dessert that spotlights fresh banana chunks in the middle, with a light açai-infused mousse and decadent chocolate shell. This popular log cake, included in the bundle, is also available on the a la carte menu at $62 or $88 (1kg)

Another must-have treat this season is the Christmas Chocolate Tree ($98), an IG-worthy display of assorted pralines, meringues, and macarons, hanging on an edible chocolate tree. The three-dimensional dessert also makes an excellent table centerpiece for at-home parties! Do note that you should order this a minimum of three days in advance.

Should you wish to DIY and customise your own festive feast, look no further than Paradox Singapore’s a la carte options. If you’re up for a unique twist to the classic turkey this year, try the Roasted Dry Rub Nyonya Sambal Turkey ($188). This locally inspired number stars a spicy coconut sauce, assam-pickled cherry tomatoes, and jackfruit achar, so you’re guaranteed to get an explosion of flavours in each bite.

This turkey also stars in the Local Touch of Christmas Bundle ($398), a locally inspired set with highlights such as River Prawns in Singapore Chili Crab Sauce and Nasi Bunga Telang AKA Butterfly Blue Pea Coconut Rice.

There’s also the showstopping Stout-Glazed Black Angus Short Ribs ($188), ideal for five to six hungry eaters. You get tender short ribs coated in a sticky-sweet glaze, paired with garlic butter potatoes and rosemary-spiked veggies for a well-balanced meal.

All the aforementioned takeaway goodies and more are available from 10 to 27 December 2022, for self-collection or delivery with a top-up fee.

Also, from now till 27 December, enjoy a 20% discount on their takeaway goodies!
