Known for their quirky creations such as rum-infused and bandung croissants, our favourite French-style bakery is back with more baked goodies this September. This time, Paris Baguette wants you to take a tart trip with them through a menu of six tarts made with iconic international ingredients and flavours. These include two additions to their current tart range, the Pulut Hitam Tart and the Matcha Cheese Tart. All the tarts are priced at $3.50 each.

Starting the journey in the Land of the Rising Sun, the Matcha Cheese Tart is Japanese-inspired, with delicious, creamy matcha cheese filling accompanied with red bean paste.

The Pulut Hitam Tart, which is available from 12 September, has a buttery and crumbly exterior, and a sweet filling filled with pulut hitam (black glutinous rice), longan and coconut custard.

Others on the list of Paris Baguette tarts include the Korean-style Red Bean Cheese Tart features red bean and cream cheese. The well-balanced sweet and savoury filling would surely satiate your dessert cravings.

The Chocolate Cheese Tart brings you to Italy, home to some of the best-tasting chocolate in the world. This tart comprises a dark chocolate shell that’s loaded with a decadent filling ─ cream cheese and dark chocolate ganache.

The Sweet Walnut Tart is inspired by a traditional Swiss walnut cake and has hints of cinnamon from a sticky filling that’s made with chopped walnuts and brown sugar.

Finally, the OG classic, Paris Baguette’s French-styled No. 1 Cheese Tart. This best-selling cheese tart has a delicate buttery crust that is filled with molten cream cheese that oozes out when you cut into it.

Do note that only the Cheese Tart is available islandwide. You can find the rest of the Tart Trip series at the Paris Baguette Wisma Atria, Bugis Junction, Jem and Jewel Changi outlets. You may also get your hands on these goodies via Grabfood delivery.
