For those who might not be familiar with Penny University, their beginnings can be traced back to 2012 in East Coast, where they’d been till this relocation. Their new Bugis outlet now boasts a larger dining space, with an expanded food and drinks menu in the works.

If you’re up for brunch, the Eggs Benedict ($18.50++) is a fantastic option. Choose from smoked salmon, turkey ham or beef cheeks, paired with two golden poached eggs and topped with their house-made Hollandaise sauce.

For a more exotic fix, go for The Nordic Set ($20.50++). It comes as a platter of smoked salmon, avocado, roasted beetroot, and boiled eggs. A mini croissant with cheese slices and a bowl of oat porridge are also included for a complete meal.

Their Espresso With Milk ($4++) is a classic must-have for coffee lovers. If you prefer a refreshing alternative, go for the Muddy Espresso with Cold Milk ($5.50++). They also offer Cold Brew ($7++) in Black or White for those who prefer a stronger chilled coffee.
