Playmade recently announced their latest Chinatown Point opening, making it their 17th outlet after their launch at AMK Hub. To celebrate, they are having a 1-for-1 opening special for two days only: 11 and 12 February 2022. The promotion only applies to their top five best-selling drinks in the large size, including the Grape Yakult Green Tea (from $4.70), which first launched in 2020.

Simply follow either their Instagram or Facebook page to enjoy the 1-for-1 promotion. The other four drinks included are Taiwan Milk Tea (from $3.80), Popsicle Green Milk Tea (from $6.60), Osmanthus Oolong Tea (from $3.60), and Chrysanthemum Milk Tea (from $3.80). The deal is only applicable to large-sized drinks, and toppings are not included. Do note that you’ll be charged for the higher-priced drink.

Playmade has also brought back their highly raved grape series, which includes the Grape Yakult Milk Tea (from $5). If you can’t make it down to Chinatown Point, the grape series drinks are also available at all outlets for a limited time.

For those who wish to get the grape boba option, it is currently only available at AMK Hub, Seletar Mall, Jurong Point, NEX, Northpoint City, Tampines, and VivoCity. If you’re not a fan of grapes, you can also try their Pink Cactus Float Green Milk Tea (from $6.60), a blend of their pink cactus popsicle and green milk tea. Otherwise, go for the Yakult Chrysanthemum Tea (from $4.70), which boasts a sweet floral aftertaste.

For more bubble tea options, check out Make Tea for their rainbow mochi ball toppings and matcha orh nee BBT. Alternatively, try the recently reopened MILK at Bugis, a Muslim-owned bubble tea cafe with Singapore’s first build-your-own-drink wall.
