1. Don Ho

Stepping into Don Ho from the busy streets of Keong Saik Road is like entering a different world. Walls are plastered with leafy tropical prints, and there are many pots of botanicals decorating the area. For a more intimate gathering with your bridesmaid, be sure to request for one of their booth seats during reservations!

The brunch menu is simple, with usual suspects such as Eggs Benedict ($24++), Avocado Bruschetta ($22++), and Truffle Mac N’ Cheese ($16++). They have a selection of refreshing smoothies too. A thirst quencher is their Summertime Passion ($10++) comprising mango, passionfruit puree, kaffir lime leaves and lime juice.

2. Bayswater Kitchen

Nautical-inspired restaurant Bayswater Kitchen is an absolute stunner, with its deep blue accent chairs juxtaposed against warm wooden fixtures. Allowing natural sunlight to pour in is the glass-panelled doors. The space gets liven up during Sunday brunch as a two-piece acoustic band serenades you.

Indulge in fresh seafood when you’re here. Great for sharing is the Bayswater Paella ($38++ per person, minimum two to dine), where paella is cooked in shellfish stock then loaded with mussels, clams, prawns, squid, cod, and chicken.

3. Summerlong

Situated along Robertson Quay, Summerlong is a hot brunch spot; it’s always packed with customers on weekends. This could be due to the unpretentious beach vibes it radiates. The outdoor rattan settees are highly sought after, but if you and your girls prefer to seat indoors, the bar island gives a peek into the open kitchen.

Focusing on Mediterranean flavours, you will find dishes such as Falafel Scotch Eggs ($22++) and Real Turkish Breakfast ($35++). The latter features 15 items including hummus, cheeses, meats, fresh salads, breads and pastries. Don’t fret if all these sound too exotic for you. 4. Caffe Fernet

Dress up to the nines and plan a swanky brunch with your crew at Caffe Fernet. Spanning 1,800 sq ft, the tidy space is decked with classy burnt orange leather booths that are perfect for the ‘gram. The icing on top is the picturesque view of the Marina Bay Promenade, which can be seen from all corners of the restaurant.

Look forward to rustic Italian fare when you’re here. And we don’t mean the usual pizza or aglio e olio. Instead, look forward to unique dishes such as their signature Mafaldine ‘Cacio E Pepe’ ($25++) featuring pecorino romano tossed in four peppercorns. Another brunch dish worth mentioning is the Pomodoro Baked Eggs ($20++), with its spicy tomato base that is 100% comforting.

5. Botanico at The Garage



Hidden within Singapore Botanic Gardens in a lofty colonial building is Botanico. Situated on level two of The Garage, the restaurant is an elegant choice for a little tête-à-tête. Adorning the space are potted plants hanging off black ceiling beams. For a breath of fresh air, head out to the sunny al fresco area that’s surrounded by lush foliage.

The 4-Course Set Brunch Menu ($60++ per person, minimum two to dine) makes for a sumptuous afternoon repast. Indulge in scrummy items such as Foie Gras “Latte” or Beef  Tongue. The former is actually a rich soup, where foie gras is blended with chicken stock and cream.

6. FOC Sentosa

Forgot Tanjong Beach Club and check out FOC Sentosa at Palawan Beach instead. Less crowded than the former, the kicky beach club is notable for its towering marine blue and white wooden structure that resembles a beach shack. There’s also a tiny pool, as well as cabanas for you to laze the day away.

Owned by Michelin-starred chef Nandu Jubany’s of FOC Hong Kong Street, you can expect the food here to be lip-smacking delicious. Great for sharing between two and four hungry souls are their Beach Party Platters, such as the Barcelona ($78++), which comes with Iberico chorizo, mushroom croquettes and prawn skewers.

7. Open Farm Community

For girls who wanna have fun, Open Farm Community is the place to be. At the sprawling 35,000 sq ft compound, you can enjoy activities such as lawn bowling and table tennis, free for all to play. There’s also a massive edible garden to explore, where you can check out the herbs used in your dish.

Their brunch menu is extensive and consists of hearty grain bowls, sandwiches, egg dishes as well as scrumptious mains. An interesting dish is the Waffle Bakkwa & Egg Stack ($24++), featuring house-made bak kwa and scrambled egg on top of fluffy waffle toasts.

8. The Summerhouse


The revamp of Seletar Aerospace Park has transformed the area into a hip dining district.  And there lies the stunning The Summerhouse. Housed in a black-and-white bungalow, the farm-to-table restaurant boasts igloo-like domes that are totes pretty. Unfortunately, the garden domes only cater to the dinner crowd, but you can still take photos with it if you desire.

The Summerhouse Farms Communal Brunch ($65++ per person) gives you a selection of eight dishes when shared between two to three people. If your posse is larger than three, you will get up to 10 dishes. Dishes you can choose from include baked smoked mons camembert and pan seared sea bass.
