As we are in the midst of oyster season, PUTIEN has released its oyster seasonal menu with a few returning hits and some exciting new additions. This limited-time offering is available from now till the end of March 2023.

The 2021 bestseller, Deep-fried Oysters with Dried Chilli ($19.80++), is once again gracing the menu of PUTIEN restaurants. Tempura-battered and fried till golden-brown, these plump and sweet oysters are made to have an irresistible outer crunch. Best of all, they have an addictive spicy kick that comes from Chongqing chilli and house-made pepper oil.

To enjoy the delicacy at its purest, get the Seasoned Fresh Oysters ($18.80++). True to traditional Putian cooking techniques, salt is the only ingredient used to cook this dish—this adds some savouriness to the naturally sweet oysters.
