There’s so much to love about dim sum and affordable buffets—put both together, and you’ll find the winning combo at Red House Seafood in Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore. The hotel restaurant is offering a weekday and weekend Dim Sum Buffet priced at $38++ and $55++ per person, respectively.
The dim sum buffets take place from 12:30pm to 2pm on all days, with an additional charge for free-flow champagne if you’d like to pair your spread with some bubbly. Simply top up $55++ for weekdays and $65++ on weekends.
You can expect more than 30 items on the menu, ranging from signature snacks and appetisers to steamed, fried, and baked dim sum. Of course, there are desserts to round off your meal on a sweet and refreshing note!
There are eight steamed offerings, with the Molten Salted Egg Custard Bun being a popular pick among diners. Three buns are served in a bamboo basket, making it great for sharing with your dining companion(s) since that’s the joy of a true dim sum experience.
It’d be remiss of you not to try their Crab Meat Siew Mai, which is a premium version of a regular siew mai that’s typically made using shrimp and ground pork meat. You get three pieces packed with fresh crab meat, making it a delightful treat for seafood lovers.
Steamed goods aside, you can indulge in their Mini Egg Tart, Pan Fried Carrot Cake with XO Sauce, and Hong Kong Style Rice Roll with Sesame.
Do note that those dining on a weekend can enjoy complimentary Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce with Fresh Crab meat alongside Golden Crab Mantou. These are limited to one portion per person!
There are several Red House Seafood outlets, but the dim sum buffet is only available at their Havelock branch.
