Get Premium Rosti Bowls With Smoked Wagyu And More From $5 In Telok Ayer

ROSTii has premium rosti bowls in Telok Ayer

If you work in Telok Ayer, then add this place to your list of lunch spots to try out. Located at the bustling Far East Square, ROSTii has gone viral for their oven-baked rosti bowls and premium toppings, including Wagyu, beef gochujang ragu and more. Better yet, prices here are net, so you won’t break the bank!

What makes the eatery’s rosti special is their unique cooking process. Unlike the traditional way of preparing potato rosti, the ones here are oven-baked, rather than pan-fried. This is to ensure that they don’t turn out greasy, while remaining crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. After trying it, we can confirm that this approach delivers just that.

Their rosti is available in six signature flavours with several meat and seafood options. FYI, if you’re craving something light, you can get the Classic ROSTii ($5), which comes without any sides and a dollop of sour cream instead.

Their Smoked Wagyu Brisket ROSTii ($15) is a crowd favourite, starring thick slices of smoky Wagyu brisket, smothered in a sticky house-made hickory BBQ sauce, served alongside rosti and sour cream.

The meat was cooked to perfection, boasting a fall-apart texture with crisp, caramelised edges. Its rich, savoury-sweet sauce paired especially well with the lightly seasoned rosti, adding flavour to each bite without being cloying.

The Chicken Herb Sausage ROSTii ($12) was another banger, featuring two snappy chicken sausages packed with juicy meat within.

If you’re a fan of all things spicy, get this with their Beef Gochujang ($8). This ragu-like side, made with minced beef in a sweet-spicy sauce, is the perfect match for the savoury sausages.

For something gentler on the palette, we recommend getting their Smoked Salmon ROSTii ($12), which comes with a load of silky soft smoked salmon slices.

Pro tip: Add on a serving of Mini Mozarella Balls ($3) to elevate your meal with a delicious creaminess.

Complete your meal with a thirst-quenching cup of Fresh Lemonade for an extra $5. The set also comes with a Cookie of the Day, where we got a delicious chewy chocolate cookie on our visit.

ROSTii is located on the first floor of Far East Square, a quick two-minute walk from Telok Ayer MRT Station. It’s also within walking distance of Chinatown, Raffles Place, and Maxwell MRT Stations. With limited seating available, we recommend heading down early, as the place can get quite busy during peak periods.
