Silk opens at Orchard Gateway with popular Hong Kong bubble tea

Yes, you saw the header right: Silk, a popular bubble tea chain from Hong Kong, has opened their doors in Singapore at Orchard Gateway in Somerset! The store also offers free-flow cheese foam, which you can redeem within 30 minutes of your order.

Silk offers Hong Kong’s unique take on bubble tea, featuring a bolder, richer tea flavour compared to the typical Taiwanese versions, which tend to be milkier. One standout item is the Yuen-Yueng Reimagined ($8.90), which is the yuan yang we know and love, but made with Hong Kong-style milk tea instead of the usual teh we’re familiar with.
