It’s a brand new year, which means new ways for us to get buzzed and drink the night away. Singapore Cocktail Week returns from the 12th to 20th March 2016 with Singapore’s top bars and the region’s best bartenders; a collaboration with the dining scene this year also promises to deliver brand new experiences such as restaurant bar takeovers, supper clubs and cocktail brunches.
Bread Street Kitchen, Jekyll and Hyde and Kite are just some of the participating outlets this year. With eye stopping creations like “Who Moved My Kueh”, a cocktail riff on the classic pandan kueh which uses a pandan infused vodka as its base.
You can even get swanky drinks like the “The Millionaire #5”, made from a blend of rum, abricotine (Swiss apricot-infused brandy), gin; this is one drink that any gent will be pleased to order. It even comes with a dollar bill attached to the neck of the martini glass for that extra swag, how classy is that?
We’re just four days away from the end of Singapore Cocktail Week, and you’ll definitely want to try some of these limited edition creations. There’s a little something for everyone here, drink pairings, cocktail classes and even blind cocktail tastings. This is one event that any alcohol lover should not miss.
