You might have heard of their Fruit Juice Curry Udon ($9.90), an intriguing dish crafted by blending curry with various fruits. This dish includes a variety of ingredients such as tofu and tau pok, garnished with curry leaves, and topped with fresh fruits such as dragon fruit, cherry tomatoes, and grapes. Many describe this dish as a refreshing combination of spicy and creamy notes from the curry, complemented by the tanginess of the added fruit.

Tracy’s Special Mushroom Udon ($9.90) is a signature dish and also a bestseller that shouldn’t be missed. This dish stars thick udon noodles in an umami-laden, mushroom-rich broth with fresh broccoli, cherry tomatoes, house-made soya and mushroom balls, and savoury shiitake mushrooms.

For those who prefer rice, consider going for their Wild Rice Congee ($5.50) instead, an ultimate comfort food. Each bowl features five different types of organic rice slowly stewed with fresh herbs, wolfberries, corn, mushrooms, and golden pumpkin, then topped with seaweed to serve.

If you’re looking to cool down from the hot weather, Tracy Juice Culture serves a refreshing array of desserts. A must-try is the Peach Gum Cheng Tng ($6) that’s said to have energy-boosting properties. This dessert comprises sweet longan, succulent red dates, crunchy white fungus, and amber peach gum, finished with a touch of honey. Another great option to go for is the Red Bean with Lotus Seeds ($6).

Alternatively, they also offer a range of beverages, including options such as Creamy Beetroot ($6) and Wheaty Black Soya ($6.50), just to name a few.
