Seek respite from the bustle of city life with your next buffet feast by heading down to Shutters at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa. The all-you-can-eat selection they offer as part of their Grill N’ Chill menu spans a wide range of international cuisines, and is usually priced at $118++ per adult, and $68++ per child.
Dig into meats and seafood such as Grilled Mini Wagyu Steak With Cajun Seasoning and Singapore Barbecue Sambal Stingray, both cooked to order on a barbecue grill. If your fave station at a buffet is their seafood on ice lineup, there’s much to enjoy here, with unlimited servings of Poached Sea Shrimps, New Zealand Mussels and plenty more. The hot stations also offer plenty to dig into—think Baked Snapper Fillet, Slow Oven-Baked Baby Back Ribs and the like. With the 1-for-1 deal, this buffet just costs $59++ a person! The buffet is available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 6pm to 10pm. This deal is only valid till 31 December 2023, though blackout dates apply.

La D’oro Fine Dining is renowned for their Italian-Japanese omakase menu. With a UOB Card, you get to enjoy a 1-for-1 deal on their six-course lunch omakase set, which, while usually priced at $158++ per person, is now just $79++ per person.
It’s hard to find omakase menus for that price, especially considering the quality of ingredients you get with this menu. For instance, one of the starters is the Spaghetti Fredda Con Granchio, which comes with a sweet Japanese crab bisque. For mains, the menu spotlights Miyazaki Pork Belly prepared with Italian wine and spiced with togarashi.
Mention ‘UOB 1-for-1’ at the restaurant in order to redeem the deal. Each day, there are a maximum of four redemptions.

SARAI, a fine-dining Thai restaurant in Tanglin Mall, is offering UOB Cardmembers a 1-for-1 deal on their main courses from Monday to Thursday. The restaurant is run by Isan chef Lisa, with the aim of bringing royal Thai cuisine to Singaporean diners. Each plate is beautifully decorated and made with only the freshest ingredients, so expect a feast for both the palate and the eyes.
The menu is pretty extensive, so we’d recommend digging into their Pad Neua Yee Ra ($36++), where Wagyu tenderloin is stir-fried with cumin, onion, and chillies. The Pla Nung Sos ($48++) is another popular pick, where steamed toothfish is dressed with superior soya sauce or a chilli lime garlic dressing. Finally, there’s the Pad Thai, a classic priced at $24++. This vegetarian dish is wok-fried with vegetables and tofu.

If you’re headed to Chye Seng Huat Hardware for your weekend brunch, note that UOB Cardmembers enjoy a 1-for-1 deal on their selection of cold brew coffees. Priced from $7.50, these cold brew drinks are prepared in-house, with specialty roast blends from local roaster, PPP Coffee, for maximum flavour.
Let your caffeine fix be a complement to their extensive brunch and dessert menu. Our recommendations include their French-style White Wine Mussels ($20++), and good ol’ Beer Battered Fish & Chips ($26++). The latter sees an extra crispy batter fried till golden brown, encasing fresh, flaky fish. Round off the meal with a sweet treat—you can’t go wrong with their Chocolate Molten Lava Cake ($16++), served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for that hot-cold combo.

UOB Cardmembers, head down to Edith Patisserie Cake Bar between Monday to Friday, 3pm to 5pm, and enjoy 1-for-1 off their drinks. There’s quite the selection to pick from, but a perennial house favourite is their Salted Caramel Latte (U.P. $7.50), where bittersweet espresso is elevated with a generous serving of salted caramel syrup.
Pair that with bites from the cafe’s menu, which promises to have something for both sweet and savoury cravings. They’re renowned for their bakes, especially their Earl Grey Chocolate Tart ($6.10++), where a rich chocolate filling is infused with citrusy, floral earl grey tea, and the Lychee Rose Slice ($8.50), a floral combination of lychee pieces, rose buttercream, and vanilla sponge.
