Style Palate offers European dishes that you’re more likely to find at a restaurant than a hawker stall. Take the Duck Confit ($12) for instance, a French staple that features tender slow-cooked duck atop a bed of creamy mashed potatoes. If you’re more into pasta, try the Cold Umami Angelhair ($6), a refreshing dish featuring delicate angel hair pasta tossed with the fragrance of truffle and the savoury bursts of tobiko. There are even breakfast options here such as the Big Breakfast ($8), which features meaty sausages alongside fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms.
