Word is in: World Christmas Market Singapore is set to launch at The Promontory at Marina Bay this December! The new fair will take place from 5 December to 25 December 2024, making it the perfect spot to soak in the festivities.
According to a press release, the fair will showcase market stalls selling handmade gifts, intricate ornaments, and gourmet food hampers, along with a whole lineup of traditional festive treats and Asian snacks. If you’re planning your end-of-year parties, you can stock up on your Christmas stollen and cakes here!
We’re most excited about the food fair, which is said to include local and Asian flavours. We don’t have the lineup of vendors at the moment, but will update here as soon as we get more information.
The press release also states that there will be lok lok and grilled seafood in the food section, great for snacking on the go while you browse the fair.
There’ll also be locally inspired treats such as ondeh ondeh Swiss rolls, alongside crispy you tiao and soy milk—perfect for the chilly December weather.
We’re hoping to see night market staples such as baklava and kunafa desserts here too!
That’s not all: Grab users can enjoy a 15% discount on food items by redeeming the Grab Dine Out Deals via the app.
The Christmas market will run from 5pm to 11pm on weekdays and 4pm to 11pm on weekends. Keep your eyes peeled for World Christmas Market’s website and Instagram page for the latest updates.
