Widely regarded as one of Kuala Lumpur’s most famous nasi kandar haunts, Yaseem Nasi Kandar Restaurant will now be serving up its well-loved dishes around the clock in Singapore. Located around a 10-minute walk from Macpherson MRT, Yaseem Nasi Kandar is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, making it perfect for satisfying late-night cravings whenever they strike.

With a 62-year legacy and a devoted following in Malaysia—where queues often form even in the early hours—this outlet features a spacious dining area that seats up to 150, making it ideal for families and large groups.

At the heart of their menu is the Nasi Kandar, featuring steamed rice drenched in fragrant gravies and curries. It can be paired with a wide range of side dishes, from familiar favourites including ayam rendang, beef briyani, and mutton, to seafood options like sotong, chilli squid, and chilli prawns.

To round out the meal, a selection of vegetables and eggs is also available.

If plain rice isn’t your thing, the biryani offerings, including Beef ($7.50) and Chicken Biryani ($7), will add extra oomph to your meal, while Tandoori Tikka ($12.50) and Tandoori Chicken ($12.50) are perfect for a hearty treat.

The menu also features Indian Muslim classics such as Roti Prata and a variety of Naan, including Garlic ($3.50), Butter ($3.50), and Cheese ($4).

Not in the mood for nasi kandar? The restaurant’s extensive menu also spans across other cuisines, from classic pasta favourites to Thai-style seafood and Tom Yum (Price TBD).
