There’s a new kid on the Golden Mile block: Yummy Yum by Ta-Lad. Run by sister eatery Yummy Yum right next door, the casual Thai dining spot at Golden Mile Tower brings authentic street food to you, so you can get a taste of your favourite boat noodles, skewers and more—at just $2 a serving.

The goal at Yummy Yum by Ta-Lad is simple: to give you the full Thai night market experience with access to affordable street food. Everything here is really priced at $2 a plate, including the all-time favourite Boat Noodles with Pork. After glancing at their menus, we spotted over 60 items to choose from!
You’ll also find a huge selection of laab—a popular Thai-style salad—such as Laab Squid, Laab Grilled Pork Neck, and Laab Minced Pork. Those who are good with heat can amp up the spice level by choosing Extra Spicy; or dial it down with the Mild or Normal option.
There’s also a huge spread of Yum dishes to choose from. In Thailand, Yum commonly refers to seafood, meat, and veggie dishes tossed in a spicy and tangy sauce. Some must-tries are the Salmon Yum, Blue Crabs Yum, and Golden Mushroom Yum.

If you prefer something lighter to nibble on, check out their skewers and small plates. Popular picks include the Fried Pork Belly With Sticky Rice, Grilled Chicken Liver, and Fried Fish Popcorn.
Here’s another piece of good news: the Thai eatery opens till 1am from Friday to Sunday, so you can call up your supper-loving friend for a midnight meal.
