Famed for their unique Singapore-style ramen is A Noodle Story, located at Amoy Street Food Centre. After the immense popularity of their noodles won them a Michelin nod in 2016 and in subsequent years, they opened their newest outlet in Guoco Tower, near Tanjong Pagar MRT Station.Â
This latest outlet will be situated in Basement 2 of Guoco Tower, allowing customers to dine comfortably in an air-conditioned environment.Â
Go for their best-selling Regular Singapore Style Ramen Set ($12.80) that features a bowl of springy noodles topped with a jammy ramen egg, Hong Kong-style wonton, a unique crispy potato-wrapped prawn, and tender pieces of chashu. This set comes with flavourful soup and a drink, too!
If you’d like to savour more of those delectable ingredients, go for the Signature Singapore Style Ramen Set ($15.80) instead.
A hearty add-on would be the HK-Style Poached Shrimp Wanton In Soup ($6). This sees five plump wanton stuffed with fresh shrimp and minced pork, all swimming within a savoury house-made broth.Â
If you’re looking for a side to share, go for the HK-Style Golden Fried Shrimp Wanton ($6) that are deep-fried till golden brown for an extra crunch, alongside a flavourful bowl of their Singapore-style ramen.Â
Alternatively, order the Golden Ebi Fry (from $1.80), or the Shoyu Sesame Wings ($4.80) that come in two pieces per portion.Â
