Most Singaporeans can’t resist a cheap buffet—especially in the face of inflation and rising costs of living. Joining the ranks of popular buffet spots in Singapore is ArtiStick, a Chinese restaurant tucked away at Smith Street, offering a wallet-friendly skewer and hotpot buffet.

FYI: You can use your CDC Vouchers here, too!

For just $28++ per person, you can indulge in their range of skewers spanning all kinds of cuisine: Chinese charcoal-grilled skewers, Malaysian lok lok, Japanese charcoal-grilled yakitori, and Singapore-style charcoal-grilled satay, the latter featuring items such as Chicken Satay, Beef Satay and more. There are more than 150 dishes for you to choose from, so you’ll be spoiled for choice here.

Skewers aside, you can enjoy a solid hotpot experience here, included in the buffet price. Choose from eight soup bases and over 40 hotpot ingredients. Broth flavours include the classic Mala Soup, Chicken Broth, Thai TomYam Soup, and the crowd-favourite Tomato Soup.

The hotpot ingredients here are displayed yong tau foo-style, so you can pick all your favourite ingredients to your heart’s delight. Some must-get items include pork belly, king oyster mushrooms, and fresh clams.

Round off your meal with some old-school ice cream that’s sandwiched between rainbow bread or waffle biscuits. Ice cream flavours include Peppermint Chip, Yam, Chocolate, and Red Bean. Free-flow juices are available too, as part of the buffet.

Pay $10++ more and you’ll be treated to their full buffet spread, which includes the Sichuan Spicy Chicken, Malaysian Burnt Bee Hoon, Grilled XL Oyster and more.

If buffets aren’t really your thing, opt for a la carte dishes such as the Egg Fried Rice ($7.80++), Dumpling Pork with Leek ($8.80++ for eight), Salted Egg Prawn ($16.80++), or Sambal BBQ Stingray ($18.80++) instead. These are great for sharing, too!

There’s also KTV on the second and third floors, so you can sing your heart out while indulging in steamboat.
