At number 58, Thevar brings two Michelin stars to the table with its modern twist on Indian cuisine. It’s not just the bold spices and complex flavours that make an impact—the warm, intimate vibe and luxe setting take your dining experience to the next level.

Fun fact: Thevar was ranked number 70 in 2025 and achieved one of the biggest leaps in ranking in just a single year.

Right after Thevar is Burnt Ends. This Dempsey restaurant with close to 100K followers on Instagram probably needs no introduction.

For the uninitiated, Burnt Ends is renowned for its fantastic Australian barbecue, elevated by meticulous wood-fired cooking. The restaurant’s smoky and perfectly grilled meats stand out as highlights, making it a must-visit for diners—though securing a table in the coming months can be a challenge.

Next is Meta Singapore, ranked number 77. This fine-dining two-Michelin-star restaurant specialises in Korean cuisine with a fun twist, with a seasonal menu that you can’t find elsewhere.

Following Meta Singapore is Peach Blossoms, a Cantonese restaurant at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. The menu strikes the perfect balance between tradition and modern flair, offering dishes that are both comforting and exciting. Seafood takes centrestage here, with premium ingredients including fish maw, slow-cooked broths, and more.

These are all the restaurants in Singapore that made it to the extended list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026. Getting a reservation for any of these restaurants isn’t going to be easy, but try your luck—you never know!
