To all pancake lovers, we have good news! Belle-ville is opening their fourth outlet in Singapore, and they’ll be located at Basement One of Hillion Mall. Although we don’t have the exact date for their opening, you can expect to find them commencing operations towards the end of November this year.Â
At the moment, the menu for this outlet has yet to be revealed. All we know for now is that they will be featuring a new fruit sandwich, and a never-seen-before seasonal pancake. Besides these outlet-exclusive items, we hope to find similar dishes to their other outlets, such as the classic Millefeuille Pancakes, savoury sandwiches and more.Â
If you have never tried Belle-ville’s pancakes before, we recommend going for the original Millefeuille Pancakes ($7.90++ for four, $11.90++ for eight). These are much thinner than Fluff Stack’s souffle pancakes, but just as light and airy.Â
For something more tart and exotic, try the Strawberry and Mixed Berry Pancake ($11.90++ for two, $14.40++ for four). It comes with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, berries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.Â
Aside from pancakes, Belle-ville also offers savoury and sweet sandwiches such as the BLT Sandwich ($5.20++), Ham and Cheese ($7.20++), Fruits Sandwich ($6.20++), and others.Â

While you wait for Belle-ville’s new opening, head down to their other outlets at Bugis Junction, 100AM mall or Square 2, to catch their new seasonal flavour—Berries with Nutella Pancake ($14.90++). Similar to their other seasonal pancakes, this will only be available for a limited period of time. So head down ASAP if you would like to try this combination.Â
We will update this post once we find out more about Belle-ville’s opening at Hillion Mall. But for now, if you’re looking for more Japanese pancake options, check out Gram Cafe & Pancake’s new pink sakura-themed cafe at VivoCity. Alternatively, check out Kyushu Pancake Cafe at Holland Village.Â
