Blue Bottle Coffee Opens At Paragon With Fresh Waffles, Exclusive Merch And More

Blue Bottle Coffee opens their second outlet at Paragon

Blue Bottle Coffee fans were stoked when the cult-favourite American brand opened its first Southeast Asian outpost right here in Singapore. The Raffles City cafe officially opened its doors in April 2025 to much fanfare. Now, they’ve opened their second outlet at Paragon Shopping Centre on 17 July 2025!

For the uninitiated, the American brand was started by an ex-musician in a San Francisco garage in 2002. They currently have over 100 stores globally, including Korea, Japan, and China.

At their Paragon cafe, enjoy their new selection of house-made eats, including their signature Liege Waffles ($8.50) and Yogurt Bowl ($12).

Their sweet and buttery Liege Waffles are made fresh to order, filling the air with an irresistible buttery aroma when we had them. Despite it coming plain, its crisp, caramelised edge and soft, fluffy centre were more than enough to impress.

The Yogurt Bowl comes packed full of ingredients: crunchy granola with oats, walnuts, and pecans, plus freshly cut strawberries, cinnamon, and nutmeg, all mixed into creamy Greek yoghurt.

Similar to their OG Raffles City location, they’ve partnered with local business Bakery Brera to offer a small pastry menu, featuring Singapore exclusives. Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy the Coconut Kouign-Amann ($8): a buttery pastry topped with freshly grated coconut.

Otherwise, get their Pandan Canele with Kaya ($6), a small French pastry with a caramelised exterior, packed with a fragrant pandan kaya middle.

You can’t leave Blue Bottle Coffee without trying their caffeinated brews. The Cold Brew ($7.50) is a refreshing pick-me-up, boasting an intense flavour with very mild astringency.

If you prefer espresso, go for their Latte ($8.50), a full-bodied espresso paired with velvety steamed milk.

Their popular NOLA AKA New Orleans-Style Iced Coffee ($8) is a must, too! As the beans are brewed with roasted chicory and blended with cane sugar, you get a refreshing cuppa with chocolatey and fruity notes.

For the non-coffee crowd, there are plenty of other options to choose from as well, such as their signature Matcha Latte ($9.50). We enjoyed its smooth and subtly earthy flavour, and appreciated that it wasn’t too bitter either.

Besides the food and coffee, take a moment to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city from their breezy al fresco seating. Alternatively, unwind in their minimalist indoor dining area.

If you’re a Blue Bottle Coffee megafan, don’t miss their Embroidered Blue Bottle Tote ($50), a Paragon outletexclusive made in collaboration with Japanese designer Ball & Chain. Plus, from 25 July to 27 July 2025 customise your tote with a bunch of cute stickers, free of charge!
