Famous Taiwanese bubble tea branch CHICHA San Chen is most known for their beverages—think creamy taro-infused drinks, oolong tea and more. This month, the artisanal tea chain has collaborated with local bakery Brotherbird Bakehouse to launch an exclusive April box, named Brotherbird x ChiCha 吃茶三千.

As stocks for the special box are super limited, you’ll want to mark your calendar and set a reminder for the preorder on 26 March, 10am, on the Brotherbird Bakehouse website. Self-Collection and islandwide delivery are both available for selection when you order online.

Fret not if you can’t get your hands on it, as it’ll also be available at both Brotherbird Bakehouse outlets from 1 April.

The box of six ($32.50) showcases the following flavours: Osmanthus Oolong Twice-Baked, Milk Tea Croissant Bun, Dong Ding Oolong Croissant, Rocher Croissant, Mentaiko Prawn Twice-Baked, B.B Original Croissant.

Try the DongDing Oolong Croissant, which features the popular oolong tea from CHICHA. This croissant sees an oolong jelly stuffed in the centre, held by rich and buttery layers of Brotherbird Bakery’s signature pastry.

There’s also the Osmanthus Oolong Twice-Baked, filled with osmanthus oolong mochi for a chewy contrast to the flaky croissant.

Those who prefer something more savoury aren’t left out either. The Mentaiko Prawn Twice-Baked, an all-time favourite at Brotherbird, is filled with mentaiko prawn and mozzarella cheese for an uber shiok flavour.
