Try the DongDing Oolong Croissant, which features the popular oolong tea from CHICHA. This croissant sees an oolong jelly stuffed in the centre, held by rich and buttery layers of Brotherbird Bakery’s signature pastry.

There’s also the Osmanthus Oolong Twice-Baked, filled with osmanthus oolong mochi for a chewy contrast to the flaky croissant.

Those who prefer something more savoury aren’t left out either. The Mentaiko Prawn Twice-Baked, an all-time favourite at Brotherbird, is filled with mentaiko prawn and mozzarella cheese for an uber shiok flavour.
