The taro series includes the Taro Milk Tea with Bubble ($6.50), which comes with your choice of green or black tea, paired with taro, cream, and tapioca pearls.

Chicha’s pearls are slow-cooked for 90 minutes each day in small batches, resulting in a soft and chewy texture with an addictive caramel flavour. You get 125g of pearls with each serving.
Those who are sensitive to lactose can opt for the Oat Milk with Taro and Taro Bubble ($7.50), a dairy-free treat that pairs velvety oat milk with fresh orh nee and QQ taro pearls.

Alternatively, go for the Fresh Milk With Taro and Taro Bubble ($6.50), another tea-free beverage that’s rich and creamy, complete with chewy yam pearls in each sip.

The last drink on the menu is the Taro Milk Tea with Taro Bubble ($6.50), which swaps out regular tapioca pearls for yam bubbles instead, for an over the top orh nee fix.
You can try these fresh taro drinks at any of their 29 outlets islandwide, or opt for delivery via Deliveroo, Foodpanda, GrabFood, and Oddle.
In related bubble tea news, KOI has launched a peanut butter milk tea in collaboration with SKIPPY! These creamy beverages come with a sweet-salty peanut butter swirl, as well as crushed peanuts for added texture.
