If you love Chongqing-style grilled fish, head to Ding Garden Buffet, a newly revamped buffet spot in Chinatown that opens till 11:30pm daily. Here you can enjoy all-you-can-eat Grilled Fish in four sauces: Spicy, Mala, Tomato, and Pickled Vegetables.

For the full menu, refer to the photo above. The 3 In 1 Roast Fish Buffet costs $32.90++ per person for weekday lunch, or $36.90++ if you visit for dinner or during the weekends. This buffet includes unlimited fish and free hotpot soup. For the soup, you can choose from eight flavours including Fish Head, Kimchi, and Mushroom.

There’s also a 2 In 1 Hotpot & BBQ Buffet option from $25.90++ per person. For this option, you need to top up for the soup base: $6++ for single soup, and $10++ for double soup. For both buffets, the time limit is two hours. You get a wide array of fresh seafood, meats, shabu shabu, and veggies to pick from.

Pair your grilled meats with your favourite booze; there’s Tsingtao ($6++), Tiger Beer ($9++), and Soju ($16++) in refreshing flavours such as Grape, Lychee, and Watermelon.

Zhng-up your hotpot and grilled fish experience with Ding Garden Buffet’s lineup of condiments, which lets you customise your own dipping sauces.

The nearest train station from Ding Garden Buffet is Chinatown MRT Station, a short two-minute walk away. You’ll spot a massive Transformer figurine right at the entrance. Then, take the lift up to Level 3, which is where the restaurant is situated at.
