Easter Sunday is just around the corner! And for my family, this means brunch sessions, Easter egg hunts, and chocolate rabbits. To satisfy everyone, we usually head to one of the scrumptious brunch buffets around town promising lavish eats as well as games to keep children entertained. Take your pick of Easter brunch buffets in Singapore, all happening on 1 April 2018.


1. PORTA


PORTA’s Funny Bunny Easter Brunch ($38++ for adults, $19++ for children five to 11 years-old) is highlighted by an oyster bar featuring French oysters, alongside free-flowing salads, sides, appetisers and desserts. You are also offered one complimentary main from their gourmet brunch menu, which features comforting brunch fare such as their 62°C Eggs Benedict ($16++) and Apple Bacon Pancake ($16++). Knock back glasses of Prosecco with The Great Prosecco Countdown; your first glass of Prosecco starts at $10++, and drops by $2++ for each additional glass until it hits $0. This means your Prosecco is free from the sixth glass onwards.

2. Lime Restaurant


Hit up Lime Restaurant’s Egg-stravagant Super Lunch Sunday ($108++ for adults, $49++ for children four to 12 years-old) for a splendid time. The spread comprises fresh seafood, roasted meats and a lineup of impressive live stations dishing out items such as Sous Vide Egg with Lobster and Truffle Sauce, as well as Pan-fried Foie Gras with Apple and Passion Fruit Chutney. Head to Racines for their Magnifique Sunday Brunch ($118++ for adults, $58++ for children) this Easter Sunday. The scrumptious spread will not only feature the usual seafood fare and live stations, but a curation of traditional French items as well as refined Chinese dishes. Lovers of truffle will be pleased to find a station dedicated to the prized mushroom, showcasing items such as Truffles Tempura, Ragout of Mushroom Ravioli with Truffles, and Steamed Truffle Egg Royale. 6. Opus Bar & Grill

The Easter Sunday Brunch ($108++ for adults, $55++ for children five to 12 years-old) menu boasts eight live stations, a dedicated cheese room with over 30 European cheeses, plus many more! Be mesmerised at the gastronomy station, where chefs will be whipping up gourmet grub such as Pan Seared Foie Gras with Quail Egg Sunny Side. Those with a sweet tooth will be awestruck by the six-metre long dessert showcase by D9 Cakery, featuring items like the famed Hilton cheesecake, as well as walnut pecan tart, strawberry shortcake, nougat, and other sugar candies.

The Clifford Pier’s Easter-edition Sunday Brunch ($118++ for adults, $64++ for children six to 11 years-old) is just what you need for a lazy Sunday afternoon filled with good grub. Replacing the usual dim sum brunch for one day, feast on scrummy breakfast dishes such as Sous Vide Egg with Spicy Chorizo and Truffle. If you prefer something heartier, pile your plates high with their Torta Pasqualina – a traditional Italian Easter ricotta and spinach tart. At the dessert station are Easter cupcakes, as well as refreshing teh tarik ice-cream. Booze up your brunch with free-flowing champagne at $50++!

8. Salted and Hung


The only restaurant on our list that’s not located within a hotel, Salted and Hung will be throwing an Easter Weekend Brunch ($75++ for adults) special on 31 March and 1 April. Indulge in the restaurant’s scrummy cured meat and more at the charcuterie and antipasti bar. The bottomless plates event will also feature one-off dishes including a super indulgent Mac ‘N’ Cheese made with raclette, cheddar and beautfort. For the carnivorous, there will also be lamb neck with roasted roots, wagyu tri trip, and roasted pork belly with pickled cabbage. Aside from free grub for children under 10 years-old, there will also be engaging Easter activities like a cupcake decorating station for little ones.
