Eat Pizza: Koreaā€™s Biggest Pizza Chain Opens In PLQ, Get $1.99 Pizza For One Day Only

Eat Pizza is opening in Singapore with famous Korean pizza

Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) just got a whole lot cooler! Eat Pizza, Koreaā€™s largest pizza chain, is set to launch in Singapore on 13 January at the mall. The flagship store will offer 10 popular pizza flavours from the Korean-famous brand, including a PLQ-exclusive one.

For the uninitiated, Eat Pizza has over 100 outlets in Korea. In Korea, itā€™s more commonly known as ķ”¼ģžėعė‹¤ (ā€œpija meokdaā€), which translates to ā€œeat pizzaā€. Their Korean stores often sport long queues, as fans are drawn to their piping hot pies and wallet-friendly prices.

Eat Pizza is known for their made-to-order pizzas, which come in a long rectangular shape thatā€™s around 25cm in length, making them great for on-the-go consumption. Made with high-protein, pre-rolled dough and extra virgin olive oil, these fresh pizzas are whipped up in just five minutes!Ā

This new SG outlet is a takeaway-only kiosk, though there are a few alfresco tables right beside the store, should you wish to tuck into the pies while theyā€™re fresh from the oven.

Look forward to signature flavours such as Sweet Potato ($6.50), a sweet-savoury mix of cheese, white sauce, corn, and sweet potato paste.Ā

For those who prefer something classic, consider the Pepperoni ($6.90) or Aloha ($6.90): a Hawaiian-inspired flavour comprising turkey bacon, pineapple chunks, white sauce, and a cream cheese mousse.

We also enjoyed the flagship-exclusive Kimchi Bulgogi ($9.90) that pairs sweet bulgogi beef strips with tangy kimchi!Ā

If you can take spice, order the Hot & Spicy Chicken ($7.90) flavour, starring spicy and smoky chipotle sauce, sweet corn, spicy chicken chunks, and cream cheese mousse to temper the heat.

If all these get too greasy, cleanse your palate with their banchan to cut through the richness of the pizza. Choose from three sidesā€”Kimchi, Pickled Radish, and Spicy Cucumberā€”priced at $3.50 each.Ā

Then, wash everything down with a refreshing Korean Yuzu Honey Citron Slushie ($3.90) thatā€™s sweet and icyā€”perfect for a humid afternoon.

To celebrate the new store opening on 13 January, Eat Pizza is offering three signature pizza flavours for just $1.99 each, for one day only! Do note that this promotion is limited to four pizzas per customer, for the first 300 pizzas sold. You can choose from Pepperoni, Crispy Potato Bacon, and Hot & Spicy Chicken.

In related food news, famous Korean fried chicken chain BHC Chicken has opened their second outlet nearby at KINEX! Alternatively, if youā€™re looking for more food in the area, read our Poon Nah City Home Made Noodles review for legit mee hoon kueh in City Plaza.
