If you’re the kind of person who overorders at zi char places, this one’s for you. Famous JB 101 is now offering a zi char buffet from $44.90 per person at their WCEGA Tower outlet, and $49.90 per person at their Science Park restaurant. Available on Mondays and Wednesdays, you’ll have three hours to feast on up to 80 different dishes, plus unlimited ice cream to round off the meal.

We hear that the buffet covers nearly everything on the menu, except certain seafood dishes, which are included in limited quantities. For groups of two, the deal comes with either one of their signature crabs or a steamed fish, along with drunken prawns or lala. Diners in groups enjoy two crabs or steamed fish, plus a portion of drunken prawns with lala.

Some dishes you can have all you want include the Signature Fried Pork (from $16), a crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside pork belly dish that’s elevated by fragrant five-spice powder.

You’ve also got zi char classics such as Crispy Prawn Paste Chicken (from $12), Mongolian Chicken (from $14), Hotplate Black Pepper Beef (from $25), Coffee Spare Ribs (from $16) and more. With so many options on the menu, it’s almost impossible to try them all in a single visit unless you’re a competitive eater!

But if you can’t get full without mains, consider the JB Hokkien Noodles (from $6.50), Signature Lala White Bee Hoon (from $6.50), and Special 101 Mee Tai Bak Soup (from $6). You’ll be stuffed to the brim by the time you’re done with all these dishes!
