We recommend the Unag Stir-Fry Bento ($28++), which stars teriyaki tofu unagi, and other vegetarian side dishes, served with miso soup and rice. The Miso Ramen ($13+) is also worth a shot, as you get QQ ramen noodles, a savoury miso broth, and a variety of vegetarian cha shu and mock meat toppings.
