If you consider yourself a dessert fan, you may be familiar with Four Seasons Cendol, a highly acclaimed chendol stall in Toa Payoh Lorong 8 Market & Hawker Centre. You may not know, however, that there are now two dessert stalls in the hawker centre bearing the same name, both of which are owned by the same people. The newest of these serves ice-blended chendol in a cup with tantalising toppings.

You can find this particular Four Seasons Cendol at unit number #01-56. It’s also marked by the image of a cup of ice-blended chendol on its signboard, which isn’t present on those of the other two.

A basic cup of Ice-Blended Cendol costs $2.60. It has all the flavour of gula melaka and coconut milk in it, and the “in a cup” concept makes it really easy to consume, too.

But of course, you’ll need to add toppings to really get the best out of your chendol. These include Mao Shan Wang and D24 durian, red bean, grass jelly and more.

If you’d like to get the more conventional chendol experience, you can head over to the other Four Seasons Cendol at #01-07.

A bowl here, which will set you back $2.20, offers the same rich flavour and sweet goodness but with a generous serving of ice shavings.
