Google Maps has served as a way for many blur sotongs to get on track and not lose their way. And now, they have become that one app that can give us directions and help us make a reservation without hassle. Collaborating with familiar names such as Chope, HungryGoWhere, and Quandoo, Google Maps now has a new “Find a table” button, which allows you to skip the trouble of opening another app just to book a table.
After clicking on the “Find a table” button, a pop-up browser of the reservation site will appear and you’ll be able to pick the date and time for your reservation. The good thing about this is you can log in to your account on the reservation site, be it Chope, Quandoo or others, to keep accumulating loyalty points. Once the reservation is done, you’ll get an email from the reservation site, as per usual.
And in case you missed it, you can also check out the estimated busy periods of the restaurant on the app. This, along with the reservations function, really makes things easier for those of us who can’t deal with waiting outside a restaurant for hours. Now you only need one app to find your way and make reservations at the tip of your fingers!
