If you’re in any way familiar with the souffle pancake craze that took over the cafe scene last year, you’ll probably recognise Gram Cafe & Pancakes and their jiggly Japanese souffle stacks. As dining-in is still not an option for now, the Japanese pancake chain is offering delivery services for their items, including these cream-filled, fluffy souffle pancakes.

A box of these Premium-To-Go pancakes will set you back $16.90, and comes with four standardised flavours: matcha, strawberry cream cheese, chocolate, and vanilla. Each soft pancake sandwich has a thick layer of fresh cream oozing out from the middle. Unlike the hot pancakes that are usually served at the cafe, these layered stacks are best enjoyed cold.

Besides their box of souffle pancakes, the cafe has other items on their delivery menu as well. This selection includes the fruity Mixed Berries Pancakes ($15.90), as well as savoury options such as their Sausage & Scrambled Eggs Pancakes ($19.90) and the PCB Pancake Burger ($14.90) that comes with a Black Angus beef patty and sunny-side up, sandwiched between two classic pancakes.

They offer islandwide delivery for a flat fee of $10. Do note that delivery is made to different regions on fixed dates, and only within the time frame of 2pm to 9pm. WhatsApp 8666 6277 between 1pm and 4pm daily to order.

While the cafe’s super exclusive—and super fluffy—Premium Pancakes ($17.90++) are still not up for grabs, these cream cheese souffle sandwiches are certainly good enough to satisfy me. But you can bet that once we ease into Phase Two of this post-Circuit Breaker period, I’ll be making many stops at pancake cafes around town to enjoy these thick pancake stacks fresh off the griddle!
