Whenever a Hawkers’ Street food court opens at a shopping mall, one can expect it to have a few big-name, Michelin-approved stalls to feature there. The same goes for the upcoming outlet at 100AM Mall in Tanjong Pagar, which officially opens in late April 2026!

There will be five stalls here that have received the Michelin nod. The newest of these is Wok Hei Hor Fun, which was added to the Michelin Bib Gourmand list for the first time in 2025. True to its name, the noodles here are said to be packed with wok hei, and you can choose between beef hor fun, seafood-focused ones, or some combination of the two.

Da Po Hainanese Chicken Rice & Curry Chicken Noodle, a Michelin Guide nominee, will also have a stall at the new food court. Da Po is known for both chicken rice and curry noodles, though regulars seem to prefer the latter—it is praised for its rich and spicy curry broth.

It wouldn’t be a Hawkers’ Street without names such as Tai Wah Pork Noodles and Hill Street Hainanese Curry Rice. While the oversaturation of these stalls can be a bit tiring, fans of these names will be glad that their favourite stalls are even more accessible now, especially if they frequent the Tanjong Pagar area a lot.
