Hooters Singapore To Close After 30 Years Of Business

Hooters Singapore to close Clarke Quay restaurant

Just as our team compiled a list of famous F&B brands that closed in 2025 and 2026, Hooters Singapore announced that its last day of business will be 31 January 2026. This marks the closure of its only outlet here, located at CQ @ Clarke Quay.

For context, the popular American restaurant first opened in Singapore back in 1996. After 30 years at the same Clarke Quay spot, it’s finally saying goodbye.

If you’ve been to Hooters, you’ll know the brand is known for its signature chicken wings, available in a variety of flavours and spice levels. The Smoked Wings (from $15.90++) are especially popular, with five sauce blends to choose from: smoked marinade, garlic habanero, Texas BBQ, Caribbean jerk, and smoked Daytona.

As for spice levels, there are 12 varieties, ranging from classic BBQ to Spicy Garlic, the fiery 911 that combines spicy and sour, and the bold Triple Dog Dare.

Diners would usually pair the chicken wings with the crowd-favourite Lots A Tots ($9.50++), featuring a pile of crispy tater tots drenched in cheese and sour cream, and finished with some pork bacon bits.

Besides the sides and chicken wings, there are solid mains that’ll fill you up, including the Smothered Chicken Sandwich ($17.90++) and Blacken Cajun Fish Sandwich ($18.90++).
