A crowd favourite is Crispy Chicken Chop Noodles ($9.80+), which comes in a luscious golden soup base. The pumpkin-based broth takes centre stage here, with black fungus, cabbage, and a serving of crispy chicken served on the side. Itâs highly recommended to top up $1 for the knife-sliced noodles as the soup is said to cling to the noodles wonderfully.Â
Alternatively, there are also two other noodle options to choose from: la mian and rice noodles.
